Write for Us – Guest Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in writing for sylviangige.com – Where women’s power meets real life.

We welcome news stories, features, and opinion articles from journalists and writers across Nigeria and beyond.

What We Publish:

1.  News Reports: Women in politics, governance, business, and development.
2.  Features: Human interest stories about women making impact.
3.  Opinion / Analysis: Thoughtful articles on policy and women’s issues.

Our Rules:

1.  Original Work Only: Your article must be original and not published anywhere else. We check for plagiarism. If it is already online elsewhere, we cannot publish it.
2.  Fact-Checked: Please provide the source of your information and full names of people you interviewed.
3.  Word Count: 400 – 800 words is best.
4.  Pictures: Send 1-2 clear, original pictures with caption and photo credit. No pictures taken from Google without permission.
5.  No Insults or Hate Speech: We do not publish abusive or defamatory content.
6.  Editing: As Editor-in-Chief, I reserve the right to edit your story for clarity, grammar, and style to fit http://sylviangige.com standards.
